CUS Padova is governed by a President and a Board of Directors elected every four years by the active and senior members registered with the company. The current Board of Directors was elected at the Assembly of April 15, 2019 and will remain in office until 2023.

The operational structure is composed of a general management, an administrative and organizational secretariat and a logistics department, which deal with the operations and coordination of all the activities that take place in the Center.
